Refunds & Returns Policy
At PlayScape Outlet, we want you to shop with confidence, so we’ve made our return and refund process clear and straightforward:

Return Time Frame:
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if it’s been more than 30 days, we won’t be able to accept the return. -
Shipping Cost:
If the item is defective or not what you ordered, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you’re returning the item simply because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. -
Defective or Broken Products:
If your product is defective or broken, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll assist with the return shipping at no extra cost to you. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping charges. -
Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resale condition. Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees. -
Refunds:
After we receive your returned item and confirm everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t seen the refund within 10 business days, please contact us at support@playscapeoutlet.com.
