What if my product is damaged?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the box or the product itself, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, be sure to write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to support@playscapeoutlet.com, and we will process a replacement or refund promptly—usually within one business day.
